Refund policy

We hop you are happy with your purchase from velvet umbrella.

If for any reason it is not satisfactory we can accept returns, with a refund within 30 days. The item must be unused and in original condition. Please explain to us why the item is being returned, by sending an email to Caroline at kline_bo_400@yahoo.co.uk. There are some exceptions: we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

When returning your item you accept the return postage costs. You should retain your proof of postage slip, as if your item fails to arrive we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Once inspected to check that the item is unused and still in as new condition we will inform you if you refund is issued. The refund will have our postage cost deducted.
