Shipping policy

For smaller items, we use royal mail first class untracked service. Should your item be lost this service offers no tracking or insurance. If you would like to use a different service please contact us about this.
For bulkier parcel size items we use myhermes for UK deliveries and royal mail for European deliveries. Deliveries out of Europe will be done using the most economic courier service.
The UK and international services will have tracker services but no insurance. The European service has no tracker or insurance. We offer no insurance should your product be lost. If you would like a different service please contact us.
